Manage all facets of the golf course maintenance department Provide leadership and direction in the development of short and long-range plans. Coordinated department activities with other departments as necessary Operating budget $2.2 M. Capital budget $200 K Supervised 21 crewmembers including hiring, evaluating performance, implementing performance improvement plans, and terminating employees
