Prepared a detailed report on the results of the review, and analyzed the allowance for loan loss reserve including compliance with interagency guidelines regarding FAS 105 and 114. Assisted with the audit function. Conducted Final Report with Senior Bank Management and Board of Directors. Banks ranged from $120,000,000 to $2,000,000,000 in assets.
