Primary Collection Officer/Manager with an Agriculture, Commercial, Real Estate (Commercial and Single Family Residential), Oil and Gas portfolio in excess of $1,000,000,000. Responsibilities included loan modifications, collections, repossession, asset management, and liquidation. Established department procedures, assignments and workflow requirements to ensure maximum recovery with minimum expense. Legal procedures (bankruptcy, foreclosure, etc.) administered with minimal assistance from counsel. Staff included one collection officer (VP) and one support staff.
