As a sole provider, created a fully functioning, full-service compliant HR department. Set strategic direction and focus on the total experience to retain, develop and promote hi-potential employees as well as recruit talent based on compentencies, values and drive to higher right. Hired an admin 2 years in. Introduced the first internal recruiting manager position. Designed and developed compensation and benefits philosophy and acted to achieve goals. Organized the facilities function and opened 7 offices which included construction project management. Oversight for the sales service team. Budget of %600k.
