Daily Duties at Compu Com@Pfizer Pharmaceutical:
Provide support to various PGP clients, including executive clients. Support Microsoft Office and Outlook 97/2000/XP and 2003, including configure outlook profiles for new users; configure, maintain and backup Outlook .PST files. Install, configure and troubleshoot network and local printer issues. Engage Active Directory snap-in to administer network user accounts. Provide Blackberry issues ranging from Blackberry install, configure and synch. Use Peregrine service center to log and track all user’s issues in a timely fashion. Configuration and support of wireless routers according to Pfizer’s standards. Create and configure AT&T GINA Client for the end-users. Use of PC Transplant for user’s profiles and data migration when updating or recovering users systems.
