Daily Duties at Bank Hapoalim:
• Reported directly to Head of U.S. Audit. • Conducted and coordinated audits of financial, operational and compliance audits for the Banks' Western Hemisphere that included the all domestic Branches and Agencies within the U.S. and Canada. • Areas audited include: Derivative Products, Foreign Exchange, Money Markets, Investments, Asset-Liability Management, Commercial Lending (Syndications, Participations and Asset-Based), Funds Transfer, Trust, Asset Management, Private Banking, Letters of Credit and Bankers Acceptances, Regulatory Reporting, Deposit Services, General Accounting, Funds Transfer, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and Know Your Customer reviews. . • Prepared audit reports with comments and recommendations to improve internal controls. • Interfaced directly with the outside accounting firm and regulatory examiners.
