Daily Duties at Essroc Italcementi Group:
• Hold total Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the territory. Perform monthly sales forecasting and competitive analysis to determine product performance and initiate business driven adjustments based upon actual performance versus forecasted projections. • Leverage account data and business analytics to establish processes for maximizing time management, prioritizing sales activity, and influencing customer decision making. • Perform market research and demographic profiling to identify underdeveloped markets and capitalize on opportunities for market growth. Generate new business through networking efforts and execution of creative marketing plans implemented within strict advertising budgetary guidelines. • Write persuasive sales proposals and facilitate presentations with a focus on competitive positioning. Design and deliver customized product demos for existing clients and prospects. • Engage in selling bulk cement, packaged mortar products, and value-added services throughout Western / Northern Michigan; developing and implementing strategies for territory growth, and closing new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
