Daily Duties at At&T Corporation:
Analyzed RFPs, constructed compliance matrices, created outlines, coordinated proposal efforts, researched sections of the response, and edited proposal responses. Researched, designed, edited, and critiqued documentation. Developed compliance documents against industry telecommunications standards. Documented software and hardware systems needed for proposal development, including user manuals and training guides. Managed and controlled short and long term proposals as well as managed technical writers, graphic artists, and support personnel. Coordinated proposals while interfacing with management, technical and subcontractor staff. Participated in all formal reviews of the proposal and reviewed all sections of the response for compliance, responsiveness, and consistency. Worked directly with the Executive Staff, Account Teams, and Prime/Sub contractors to manage the development of complex proposals in response to Government specifications. I am competent in the area of editing technical documents (proposals, reports, etc) in cooperation with subject matter experts and in leading proposal development efforts. Ensured that the AT&T Proposal Development Process was exercised and compliant according to customer requirements (e.g., Section L) as well as customer Evaluation Requirements (e.g., Section M).
