Led Engineer and site design for the Phoenix Region Wireless Network – supported everything from Site ID through site acquisition, lease negotiations, construction bidding and scheduling, change orders, installation of fiber, T1’s and power. Improve zoning and permitting process by 40% and reducing average construction cost per site, shortened overall construction time and achieved all budget targets.
