Daily Duties at Mastec Services Company Inc.:
Responsible for all Site Acquisition and associated activities on for the New Site Builds for AT&T base on the RF design to monitor and manage the progress on all elements of sites assigned to build in the Chicago Market. The processes and procedures, measure progress against the baselines and coordinate work with the Site Acquisition Vendors. Manage all activity including site audits, requesting the RFDS, SOW, Coordinate the A&E and/or design services, evaluation of engineering requirements, coordinate the submittal documents LL and regulatory documents for LL consent & preparation, submittal and tracking to LL acknowledgement of consent. Manage all regulatory approval up to and including Zoning and BP or EP submission and approval. Identify and manage all work required to complete and acquire NTP. NTP’s to include site access, easements, design modification negotiation and approvals and monitor activities to ensure that contract requirements, specifications and milestones and problem solving. Attend and coordinate daily/weekly status meetings and that the quality of the is within AT&T standards and expectations.
