Daily Duties at Booz Allen Hamilton:

Served as the deputy PM liaison for Joint Internet Protocol Modem (JIPM). Primary roles are to advise the PM concerning project planning, analysis, execution, monitoring, and resource balancing skills with ability to support multiple simultaneous projects in a matrix organizational structure. Excel at communicating with stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and information regarding the ongoing projects and initiatives. Developed project status reports for PM to help monitor, plan and schedule, analyze, and evaluate the project. Prepared monthly status report and briefings to senior leadership and DISA director. Co-chair weekly staff meeting and risk planning schedule sessions. Served as Risk Manager to analyze, control, and track risks for the program. Coordinated with risk owner’s to collect, create mitigation and contingency plan. Drafted risk form to help document risks. Developed and help control and update risk register. Drafted risk management processes to help facilitate how a risk will be handled from beginning to end. Applied quantitative and qualitative risk management process to assess each risk and impact to the program. Assisted PM in development and implementation of new program policy, goals, and objectives for the program. Performed research and investigation to develop new or help improved business and management practices for JIPM. Contributes to and maintains the acquisition strategy for JIPM and serves as the co-author for the JIPM Product Support Plan. Provides input for the Test and Evaluation Master Plan and Systems Engineering Plan. Internal Controls Officer responsible for identifying program risks and risk assessment in accordance with DoD Risk Management Guide; provided analysis, recommended risk mitigation strategies, and developed effective risk mitigation plans to ensure risks were contained/controlled. JIPM Government Liaison to PM DCATS Army in Fort Monmouth responsible for interfacing with government representatives on financial execution, contact status, and logistics issues. Maintain Service Level Agreements between DISA and the U.S. Army on the JIPM program. Responsible for ensuring all parties meet the SLAs and modifications. preparation of requirements documentation; Statement of Work (SOW), Determination and Findings (D&F), POM submissions, Acquisition Planning forms and support documents, Source Selection Evaluation Board, and Statement of Objectives for the JIPM Program. Member of Integrated Working Product Teams; coordinated with the DISA Test and Evaluation Branch (DISA TE) on test requirements and assists the Test Manager with TEMP and cost estimates. Government Lead on Logistics for JIPM PMO; worked with the PM DCATS Logistician and Teleport PMO’s Logistician to formulate an Integrated Logistics Support Plan and Deployment Plan. Other Responsibilities: Conducted analysis/evaluation of plans, programs, and projects to identify ongoing management problems associated with long-term scientific and technical missions in support of Information Systems Management and Teleport Services in support of the Joint Internet Protocol Modem. - Applied qualitative/quantitative analytical methods to determine program progress, strengths and weaknesses. Documented and reported findings to management with recommendations for improvements. Demonstrated current knowledge of legislation, national policy, political trends, and other factors which may impact DOD JIPM missions in the immediate and long-term. - Reviewed and provided input/feedback for program plan proposals, acquisition plans, budget, POM and strategic plans to ensure compliance with DISA and DoD objectives. Provided authoritative advice and assistance across JIPM PMO to ensure proper consideration of management and technical factors. - Other key responsibilities included preparation of POM and budgets, Unfunded Requests (UFRs), Execution Year Prepare Military Interdepartmental Request (MIPR), Section 508, checklists, Independent Government Cost Estimates and acquisition packages for staffing. Authored Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Support Agreements (SA, SLA)
