Served as the Risk Manager for the Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC). Primary duties included identifying, monitoring, and analyzing risks for the program. Implemented and briefed drafted, retired, high level program risks to the Risk Board so that leadership and the PM can control and track program risks. Prepared weekly status report and briefings to project teams to help them monitor and control risks. Co-chair weekly staff meeting and risk planning schedule sessions. Coordinated with risk owner’s to collect, develop mitigation and contingency plan. Drafted risk form to help document risks. Developed and help control and update risk register. Author of GCSS-MC Risk Management Plan (RMP) v2.0 and developed new processes to help facilitate how a risk will be handled from beginning to end. Applied quantitative and qualitative risk management process to assess each risk and impact to the program. Prepare risks and issue trend analysis to help track project status and how well the program is performing at closing risks and issues. Review and update risk management portion of the Acquisition Strategy, Program Management Plan, and various reporting documents
