Daily Duties at United States Air Force:

• Led, evaluated and trained 38 multiple award winning personnel assigned to department eliminated 11 month training backlog in less than one year upon hire. • Managed production of 200k units annually with a 98% quality assurance rate • Worked in concert with government officials for expenditures justification and approval, budget forecasting, policy establishment, quality control procedure and end of year reconciliation for 7.8 million dollar budget. • Promoted diversity and dealt with issues pertaining to personnel issues with team building exercises and conflict management increased productivity and reduced production turn time from seven to an jaw dropping four days
