Daily Duties at The Marriott:
I managed all aspects of a profitable food and beverage department at a four star hotel. I am trained in the use of the Micros POS system, including programming. I implemented and maintained BICS (Beverage Inventory Control System). I handled all P&L responsibilities for a $3 million hotel food and beverage establishment. I managed all aspects of the bar: inventory, liquor & bar consumable orders, hiring & training of all bartenders and supervisors.
