I managed and directed a staff of over 300 employees. I controlled projects such as capital investments, fiscal budgeting, staffing for a multi-million dollar resort and casino, and created standard operating procedures and detailed job descriptions for the food and beverage department. I wrote the policies governing recruiting, interviewing, and training employees for over 30 different positions.
