I monitor, order, and coordinate all resident medications with the facility directors. I serve as the central contact (social worker) to coordinate resident care and services with physicians, pharmacists, outside medical professionals, staff, family members, state, city, and local inspectors. I conduct physical and mental assessments on all perspective residents. I generated Individual care plans and individual service plans for all incoming residents. I am responsible for human resource aspects for all employees in accordance with State, Federal, and Local regulations. I document all medications, including controlled substance, and disposal in accordance with the New Mexico Board of Pharmacy.
