I organized and managed all aspects of several hundred diet drug matters; prepared individual charts on the plaintiffs, set up databases on Microsoft Access of key documents for use at depositions, mediations and trials. I researched for factual information on pertinent websites for articles and materials relating to issues involved in product liability cases involving hotwater heater/HVAC systems, as well as personal injury matters involving diet drugs and cold rememdies. I performed legal research on Westlaw for pertinent cases in response to Motions for Summary Judgment. I prepared witness files that included employment records, health information, key documents pertinent to that individual's involvement in the case for use during the Discovery period and at trial. I prepared trial exhibits and workbooks for the attorneys that included notes, caselaw, factual information, key documents and deposition excerpts for use at trials. I organized and managed a large lawsuits on behalf of a developer and a general contractor relating to contruction defects. I traveled to and reviewed documents produced all the parties in the lawsuit; organized same and developed a database on Microsoft Access to manage key documents. I prepared witness files for all parties including Expert witnesses; assisted in preparing witnesses for deposition, attended depositions and summarized transcripts of same. For all Federal Court cases I filed and tracked pleadings and other Court documents on Pacer.
