Daily Duties at Emi Music:

• Managed complex web-based and AS400 software solution projects from inception through deployment supporting the North American Royalties Organization. Created and maintained complex project plans involving inter-related systems. Responsible for formalized project status updates to senior management • Worked directly with IT, Business, and PMO executive management on all aspects of Tactical and Strategic Planning and Budgeting. • Effectively prioritize and manage ad hoc change requests from demanding business customers. Ensure clear expectations are set and agreed upon with clients to ensure positive relationship is maintained. • Managed a team of FTEs (average 5 - 7) and consultants (average 5-10). Established clear roles and responsibilities for all team members. Accountable for all HR responsibilities for the full time employees. Responsible for all consultants SOW, PO, and Invoice administration and processing • Organized and facilitated user requirement meetings and software design sessions. • Partnered with Business Leadership to establish and maintain standardized Business Process Review practices and procedures for all business groups and Labels. • Continuously partner with the IT Quality Assurance Leadership Team to establish and maintain a standardized set of Regression Testing Requirements and supporting testing scripts for all modules of the Software Solutions • Established project scoping standards through the creation of a Vision Document conforming to the Rational Unified Process standard. • Responsible for leading the Quality Assurance reviews of all team member deliverables, including use cases, functional documentation, Technical specifications, QA test plans, QA test scenarios, QA test scripts. Managed all QA testing efforts. • Worked with Senior Leadership on all aspects of the vendor and consultant selection process. • Developed mentoring and coaching relationships with my team members to promote professional growth towards their career goals.
