Responsible for managing and leading a nine member team of sales representatives. Including: recruiting, hiring, and coaching, performance management, career planning, sales analysis (product market, district and territory level), execute sales and marketing plans, facilitate district and regional meeting, budget management, increase sales (exceed goal attainment and market share change), and ensure pharmaceutical compliance.
