Fidelity Information Systems Work Values

Daily Duties at Fidelity Information Systems:

Supported project development for the checking application (IM) and the Savings Time application (ST). Responsible for client communications during development phase. Created and executed test cases for my assigned projects. Supported end-users during their UAT testing. Lead BA on the upgrade from IM release 9 to IM release 10. Identified features applicable to client base, wrote documentation for new features/functionality, participated in training for this upgrade and wrote and executed test cases for this upgrade. Used Requirements Traceability matrixes to ensure all new features were tied to a test case. Daily client support of ongoing project development. Post implementation support of client after projects and upgrades were installed. I also worked on several projects that were mandated for compliance reasons. I was also responsible for resolution of issues that clients reported in testing and in production. I was a member of a training team that traveled to 11 banks to provide training to deposit end-users for IM and ST applications. I also reviewed client's custom code to determine if there were any application base features that could be used to replace custom code.
