As Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster (promoted November 2006), conducted comprehensive bodily injury investigations; managed, negotiated and resolved third party injury claims with claimants and attorneys; promptly established and maintained accurate reserves in support of Company's revenue and profitability objectives and overall business plan; handled associated property damage claims as described below. As Property Damage Claims Adjuster (September 2005 – November 2006), investigated, managed and resolved complex automotive claims of disputed liability and first party injuries; researched, analyzed and interpreted policy language and state law as it applied to submitted claims; gathered and analyzed evidence in accident cases and made decisions and settlements regarding claims; calculated and issued settlement payments; represented Company in arbitrations, mediations, depositions or court testimonies; worked with the insured and external business partners regarding the handling and/or disposition of claims and other issues; updated claim system to include documentation of all claim activities.
