Documented (includes Visio) and coordinated an entire Six Sigma project initiative designed to reduce the number of client-facing process defects incurred when programmers fulfilled requests for product changes from various clients. Compiled, quality assured (using Six Sigma quality measurement protocols), and statistically analyzed operational/staffing levels/revenue data from a National network of data processing sites on a monthly basis. Served as the primary operations/financial statistical reporting and data analysis liaison between Executive Management, Regional Site Managers, Regional Facility Operations Managers, and Accounting. Generated an Executive Summary Report for the CEO and CTO of Regulus, that showcased production and financial dashboard KPI metrics for strategic planning purposes. Generated quality Score Card reports, on Top 20 Revenue clients for strategic planning purposes, and external client evaluation of Regulus’ performance. Created significant cost savings by analyzing and revising internal report generation processes.
