Daily Duties at Alliance Medical Group, Inc.:
Streamlined and improved overall company efficiency, by documenting Billing department processes, using MS Word text, and integrated Visio Professional process flows, which ultimately reduced Accounts Receivables by 74%. Coordinated with technical contractual support staff, and the Billing department to document and test customized management reports from Alliance’s Physicians Practice Management enterprise application, reducing turn-time by 75%. Served as the sole operations/financial process documentation, statistical reporting and data analysis liaison between the Board of Directors, Group Practice Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Billing, and technical outsourcing staff. Compiled monthly financial performance-related metrics for each physician, for review by Executive Management, to manage overall group practice productivity and profitability. Trained staff members on the use of various software applications required for job performance.
