Managed all facets of the hugely successful BCP Program rollout including; technical documentation, administration, and user training process for the GPSG/ALZA client by serving as the primary liaison between the Vacaville site’s Senior Leadership Team, IT, Planning and Document Services departments. Drove the entire, cross-functional, Vacaville BCP implementation process to a final score of 4.2 out of a possible 5.0. Innovated by developing a customized tool in MS Excel to manage the multiple documentation revisions made to the BCP binder, and to keep the BCP Project Lead continuously informed on the progress made towards the BCP binder’s completion and review by external auditors. Coordinated with the Office of Preparedness and Technology (OPT), at Johnson & Johnson headquarters, to provide draft BCP binders for independent auditor review, and final scoring. Effectively communicated requests for required BCP information to all members of the Senior Leadership Team (and their support staffs), and politely persevered until all requested process and technical information was obtained. Coordinated all BCP Table Top training exercises required to test the confidential and proprietary documentation contained in the BCP binder. Imported the final version of the BCP binder contents into a controlled database, and documented this process.
