Daily Duties at Robert Half Technology:

Created the Project Management (PM) templates, and corresponding process instruction documentation, for the RHI IT Project and Portfolio Management (IT-PPM) program, which provided the critical Project Management Framework to enable the successful implementation of the CIO’s IT Project Management strategy. Trained Project Managers in the deployment of PM templates, and assisted them with MS Office-related user inquires. Published all project management documentation on the client’s IT-PPM MS Sharepoint web portal. Developed and maintained an open flow of communication with RHI-IT management, and partnered with other IT-PPM team members, to provide focus on IT project management improvement areas and methodologies. Expanded, enhanced, and quality assured the client’s corporate Project and Portfolio Management database to actively track the current catalogue of IT projects within Robert Half International.
