Daily Duties at Robert Half International:
Collaborated with Business Analysts and Project Managers to document project requirements. Facilitated cross-functional teams in a focused effort to improve business processes across enterprise silos, and determined where operating efficiencies, cost savings, and regulatory compliance could be found. Built comprehensive, ‘as-is’ process models and ran simulations to further understand process capabilities, and made process recommendations for future, ‘to-be’ process improvements. Ensured standardization of process definitions, notations, and best practices for the organization. Summarized and communicated improvement opportunities and progress to business owners and Senior. Management. Collaborated with internal customers to model business processes that were used as functional requirements during RFP vendor selection to create an automated process solution. Promoted an environment of continuous process improvement by partnering with management teams and enterprise departments to regularly review processes that ensured alignment with RHI Strategic Goals. Used Six Sigma methodology and Gap analysis approaches to improve process efficiency.
