Daily Duties at Hca Jfk Medical Center:
In a complex role involving sophisticated systems serving a large hospital campus and its satellite facilities, manage all aspects of the telecommunications department. Report directly to Director of Technical Services, HCA IT&S East Florida Division. Oversee administration of multiple Siemens systems, Telemate call accounting software, and SpectraLink wireless system. Manage purchasing and billing administration. Also serve as back-up support for two additional hospitals. Lead project planning and execution for significant upgrades, improvements, and expansions, capably managing multiple cross-functional and contractor relationships. Sustain the vigilance required to deliver quality, service, and continuous efficiency improvement.
