Daily Duties at Assessment Technologies:
Manage sales and service of company products to large enrollment nursing colleges in a 4 state territory. Increase revenue per client. Increase customer retention. Close complex business proposals through strong customer centered negotiation. Consult clients on industry trends, product usage, product needs and curriculum alignment through data analysis and market tracking. Analyze market for new business with current clients as well as prospect clients. Document activities using various data market tracking tools such as CRM. Maintain and plan invoicing and product access per client. Lead territory team to reach sales and professional goals.
