Daily Duties at Boeing Company:
Served as the Acquisition Logistics Manager for an ACAT1A program valued in the 100 million dollar range. Provided logistics expertise cross functional teams in the Program Management Office. Defined and developed logistics and technical requirements and criteria to meet DOD 5000 Evaluated resources allocation and tasking. Providing subject matter expertise to the Logistics, Systems Engineering and Risk, Security, and Test and Evaluation IPTs Composed Acquisition support documents (ALSP, ADM, Acquisition Strategy) Program successfully passed milestone approval and oversight. As an Implementation Lead/System Integrator; I successfully deployed unique hardware and software systems to the client in order to upgrade operation capacities for the sites. Managed and integrated schedules to ensure coordination with stakeholders Identified tasks and critical path tasks for the program Identified cross functional teams to develop and design project HW and SW systems Managed resource loading and requirements.
