Daily Duties at Fulcrum Corp:

Managed Marine Corps System Command Weapons and Intel Systems Programs Provided Program and Logistics Acquisition Program Management for the development and procurement of USMC systems. Program values were in the 5-10 million dollar range. Defined program technical and functional requirements, drafted supporting Logistics, and Acquisition documents in compliance with USMC, DOD and JCIDS policies and regulations Managed cross functional Integrated Project Teams Analyzed business areas and provided process improvements that resulted in enhanced communications and reporting of contract deliverables, improving the relationship between the PMO, users, the vendor and subcontractors. Applied Logistics databases providing estimate and analysis of ALS elements utilized to successfully manage projects’ schedule (POA&Ms) and Milestones Established Q&A plans and agreements for the monitoring of contract and technical specifications and deliverables to reduce deficiencies and improve vendor quality IAW Marine Corps and DoD standards. Analyzed and identified contract vehicles (Firm Fixed Price, Level of Effort, Cost Plus, Sole Source) to provide the best vehicle for contract awards. Analyzed operations and PBL logistics to improve and streamline O&M levels to create best practices and improve logistics operations improving operational availability and other quality standards Programs successfully completed and approved at all Acquisitions and Logistics life cycle milestones IAW USMC, DOD 5000, and FAR regulations.
