Daily Duties at Aspiration Software:
Managed large and Mid-tier IT Programs, applying PMP, Waterfall, Agile and PMFramework methodologies. Managed Infrastructure and Software programs that required the development of COTS and GOTS products with Life cycle and Software Development Life cycles Managed cross functional project teams consisting of up to 15 Subject Matter Experts, Provided guidance and solutions, supported with analysis and metrics that influenced the customer and resulted in win-win solutions. Interacted with client and customers to guide them through the project life cycle Analyzed and developed functional and technical requirements with the customer and technical support staff to accurately define project scope and requirements. Conducted technical exchanges and program meetings to develop and manage team and project progress against requirements and schedules Managed project scope, schedule and budget utilizing multiple databases. Reported project schedules and actions to Senior Boards and management in briefings and status reports Managed between 6 to10 projects concurrently, valued in the range of 1 to 5 million dollars bringing all projects in under budget and schedule. Produced program documents to include: Program Management Plans, Acquisition Plans, Project Charters, Customer Requirements Documents and System Specifications.
