Daily Duties at Westin National Harbor:
Support and direct staff; inventory controller; prepare weekly schedule; organize and gather information to create agenda for all monthly F&B meetings; respond to any inquiry or complaint through our GEI (guest experience index) for the F&B department; utilize Delphi to post or modify banquet event orders; work hand in hand with director to plan specials for events happening in the community; ensure that all faucets of the food and beverage department are maintained at all times; develop operating budgets; interview new team members; continued training champion; attention to all details
