 Provided leadership and vision for the coordination of all TLC programs and services; modeled and promoted best practices in learner-centered instruction, encouraged/supported action research to improve teaching and learning, and supported effective integration of technology in the classroom.  Identified, implemented, and evaluated instruction development for 450+ faculty members.  Consulted with individual faculty members on teaching and learning methods.  Designed strategic and annual plans for the department; maintained the Teaching and Learning Centre budget.  Contributed to college strategy and vision as an active participant on the Deans’ Council and leadership team.
