Daily Duties at Hawthorn Pharmaceuticals:
1. Managing 12 representatives in the Houston, Corpus Christi, McAllan, Waco, Austin, San Antonio and El Paso markets. 2. Increasing sales in my District. 3. Coaching my representatives on reach/frequency and message through ride alongs, email, voicemail and phone calls. 4. Developing business plans with each representative to insure proper strategy. 5. Tweaking representatives call/routing plans to maximize daily call activity. 6. Be a daily resource to my representatives for any questions.
