Daily Duties at Boeing Inc:
Responsible for developing, conducting and evaluating effectiveness of training services (internal/external customers delivered across multiple job roles). - Researched, developed and updated technical training instruction manuals regarding the GMD missile system, worked with multiple IPTs and customers at multiple sites to develop and complete projects. - Used specialized software to research, configure, maintain and develop new and existing media and materials. - Provided complete training, instruction and guidance in the performance of Instructional System Development (ISD) tasks. - Over 8 years Lead Instructor experience in both class room settings and hands-on practical lessons. Boeing DS&S - Training Device Technician 3, Repair Mod Tech D, Sys Admin 4 - Repaired, tested, installed, configured, upgraded, and assisted in the modification of simulators and training components, devices, hardware and software for the Minuteman Capsule Crew Simulator consoles/Missile Maintenance simulators. - Performed component level circuit card repairs, FOD control in sensitive areas. - System Administrator for GPS Satellite constellation control center and ISSO alternate-provided intro briefings for new system users, open/close area duties, courier responsibilities along with providing support preparing and conducting security program reviews and self-inspections - Direct experience with GMD CLE Operator and HMI, USAF Minuteman III ICBM Weapon System and associated training and support devices at Vandenberg AFB, CA
