Managed the care provided by 60 practitioners, in all aspects of respiratory and pulmonary care. • Oversaw operations of two pulmonary function labs, two ABG labs, and one 10-bed sleep center. • Initiated ventilator weaning protocol to enable cross-trained therapists to work at both campuses, resulting in an increased number of therapists who could intubate, insert a-lines, and wean. • Utilized benchmarking and clinical activity times to make cost effective budgetary adjustments throughout the year. • Applied for AASM accreditation and changed from one sleep provider to another to improve quality, turnaround time, and overall patient experience.
