• Supervise and Manage a staff of 24 in the operation of communications, detection, and weapons systems essential for controlling air, ground, and naval operations • Processed personnel actions related to hiring, promotions, reassignments position classification, details and resignations performance management, employee and labor relations, training and employee development • Monitored operational activities to ensure they meet compliance requirements within allocated budget levels including general expenses, awards, and conduct asset and fleet management activities • Diagnosed and resolved network problems and developed network backup/recovery procedures • Managed critical communication links between air, naval, and ground forces; formulating and implementing emergency plans for natural and wartime disasters • Ensured system reliability and accessibility to prevent unauthorized system access • Coordinate emergency response teams and agencies • Evaluated command center information and need for high-level military and government reporting • Manage the operation/reliability of critical C4 Systems • Provide technical information and advice on capabilities and operational readiness • Directed operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems • Knowledge of Training Element Staffing Standards • Knowledge of Manpower Management/Organizational Structures • Administered, interpreted, implemented and enforced policies and procedures Follow National Security Policy Agency • Conducted evaluations, examinations, or other fact finding studies to obtain or verify information • Maintained COMSEC accounting and related records as outlined in NSA/Central Security Service (CSS) Policy Manual 3-16, "Control of Communications Security (COMSEC) Material • Conducted technical inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with security programs and objectives • Promptly develops command implementation requirements, making viable recommendations to correct any discrepancies, resulting in optimum support of assigned programs and dissemination to affected activities in a timely manner • Developed, implemented, and maintained agency programs to safeguard personnel security or physical security
