• Sold listings and advertisement to PCP and Specialists practices to increase the volume of online referrals between physicians • Trained clients on how to use the MRS platform (profile, online referrals, search tool) to increase the number of active users, document customer feedback, and provide detailed solutions to any issues they may be experiencing • Kept the CRM (Zoho) up to date for every account, including sales opportunities and customers information to facilitate future contacts and follow-ups
