Daily Duties at Steeda Engineering & Manufacturing:
Coordinate all product developing actions, including market research, design, engineering analysis (including FEA and CFD), quoting, and manufacturing. Design 3D CADD models with SolidWorks using conceptual and customer inputs, along with engineering judgment. Produce detailed engineering drawings, then coordinate with vendors to ensure cost conscious, precise, and on-schedule parts and assemblies. Utilize my strong knowledge of manufacturing by methods of CNC machining, welding and fabrication, Rapid Prototyping, sheet metal design, CNC tube/rod bending, fasteners, plating/coatings, and product assembly. Organize and maintain an ISO 9001:2008 certified engineering department, while also performing internal audits throughout the company.
