I was hired as Food and Nutritional Services Director for a P&L based performance budget account. My daily activities included monitoring all patient and resident meal service,meeting with the assistant manager and reviewing daily menu and production and catering plans for both facilities,meeting with Clinical Nutrition Manager to review any patient or resident nutritional needs,meet with Director of Nursing of the Hospital and review any nursing concerns related to Food and Nutritional Services Department,enter daily revenue and expense data into financial spread sheet for client billing,review administrative assistant's work check for accuracy,interact with patient's, residents and family members of both facilities for comments,questions ,concerns, meet with Director of Nursing for the Nursing Center to address any issues related to the Food and Nutritional Service
