I was hired as General Manager for the Food and Nutritional Services Department. My day to day activities included monitoring patient meal delivery,inspection of all department storage and receiving areas for cleanliness and organization,monitoring and ensuring all catering events were complete,set up and delivered on time,enter all invoices for payment,attend daily managers meeting,meet with executive chef and review menu and production for the day, meet with chief clinical nutrition manager and review status of patient nutrition and documentation of RD patient notes,enter departmental financial data in to budget spreadsheet,meet with department assistant manager and review employee time sheets,
