Daily Duties at Eriksson Steele:

Responsibilities include: Marketing of professional services. Negotiating terms of business relationships. Identifying needs of clients and developing a comprehensive understanding of the client’s criteria to define top performers for their organizations. Developing search strategies. Identifying qualified potential candidates. Cultivating interest with potential candidates and converting them into candidates. Vetting and reference checking of candidates. Presenting candidates to hiring authorities. Coordinating interviews and eliciting feedback from client and candidate. Providing business counsel and emotional support for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process. Moving both candidate and client toward decisions resulting in a successful hire. Day to day management of a small business.
