Daily Duties at Pfizer Inc:

Supports the Country Head of Clinical Operations (HCO) to drive quality management, implement process improvements, provide training, ensure compliance with Global and local SOPs and processes, ensure regulatory compliance, inspection readiness and provide oversight required to ensure operational effectiveness and high quality performance of the Clinical Operations (CO) in Colombia defined high volume country • Reports directly to the Country Head of Clinical Operations • Partners with country level roles, such as Country Business Operations Lead (BOL), Clinical Operations Leads (COL), CRAs and Managers of CRAs (HOMs) • Partners with the Head of Clinical Quality Management, Operational Performance Strategy (OPS), platform lines (e.g. QA, Safety & Regulatory Ops, etc.), Business Units (as appropriate), and enabling lines • Multiple Sites audits, inspections and corporative audits were support and developed the CAPA´s • Lean Six sigma Yellow belt
