Daily Duties at Jit Milrob Inc:
Recruited originally by owner of JIT Packaging Inc. to perform all bookkeeping, finance, accounting, credit, audit, payables, receivables, fix assets, human resources, benefits, insurance, payroll, analysis, and systems, advanced to Controller position after opening four other companies. Aligned all financial activity with the regulations of the GAAP, maintained general ledger accounts and subaccounts, analyzed variance/expense and worked with department managers to understand financial position. Reconciled bank statements and balance sheet accounts. Organized, developed and implemented accounting policies and procedures. Created consolidation reports and analyzed costs and revenues to project future trends. Performed and managed all duties as above for JIT packaging Aurora but for all 6 companies. Maintained employee files, processed biweekly payroll in house and filled all payroll tax: federal, state (for multiple states), local (multiple localities). Implemented 401K and HAS benefits.
