Primary liaison with regarding all tax matters. Asset Management: Ensured that all fixed asset were recorded and accounted for, and that additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation are properly recorded. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable: Reviewed invoices before processing and ensured all payables were accurately and correctly accounted for. Received, recorded and entered cash and checks. Supervised billing staff of 3. Information Technology: Responsible for the design and maintenance of hardware and network environment which included disaster recovery and backup routines. Led software Initiatives which improved accounting process and inventory tracking. Risk Management & Internal Controls: Responsible for design and execution of internal control environment to ensure protection of and accounting for all company owned assets.
