The software was developed for the department by the vendor and I managed exhaustive trials, corrections and revisions to the network software package (UGCPR) prior to acceptance. 1993-1995 City of Houston, Houston, Texas Department of Health & Human Services Program Manager, Section Chief Managed the Hazardous Waste Section, an enforcement group that investigates and enforces violations of city ordinances, state laws, and federal laws relating to hazardous waste control, dumping, and transportation. Established and maintained a comprehensive computer database to track citizen complaints effectively and accurately. Maintain reporting relationship between the section and the various local, state and federal agencies. i.e. TNRCC, E.P.A. and others. Supervised eighteen (18) people from four different city departments.
