Led interdisciplinary research protocol teams responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, solving clinical problems, writing grants, and sharing study protocol findings within the larger healthcare community and ready for publications. Primary focus was to promote, disseminate and support nursing clinical research activities and quality improvement performance measures. Analyzed and synthesized nursing research utilized to construct evidence-based practices pertinent to translating findings timely and applicable for standardizing clinical practices supporting, interventions and quality care initiatives. Served as a reviewer of research proposals for the Institutional Review Board. Developed collaborative working teams with lead nurse researchers for each protocol to design business practices and educational measures related to conducting, implementing, and disseminating reliable and valid findings. Worked with research protocol nurses to develop treatment plans and evaluations from patient assessments and designed procedures
