Daily Duties at Us Army Reserve:

YearDUTIES: Personnel and Administration Officer (S1) for a training battalion in the U.S. Army Reserves. Managed administrative oversight of all human resource management functions within the battalion, to include staff supervisor in matters pertaining to end-strength management, manifest personnel operations, personnel qualifications and evaluations, personnel assignment for about 100 Soldiers assigned over three unit operational locations. Coordinated with mission planners to fulfill mission manifest operating as platform instructors for mobilized units. Supervised the execution of Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) for mobilizing units and the battalion, managed health records for Soldiers, and efforts for operating the battalion Family readiness group. Overall oversight for the battalion Personnel Administration Center (PAC) and its activities. Additional duties included; appointed Safety Officer, leader of battalion Family readiness group, and medical records management officer. Served as commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment.
