Daily Duties at Bj Wholesale Club:
Flying to a designated area that the corporate office real estate department secured to build a wholesale club. Set up a temporary field office and hired office personal, hired 30 to 35 sales personel, trained managed and motivated them to cold call and sell memberships to as many small business owners in a radius of 25 miles as we possibly could in a 14 week period of time which was typically prior to club opening. Did this for 36 club locations in 10 states. Responsible for selling memberships in excess of 7,000 business memberships prior to each club opening.
