Daily Duties at Lowes Hiw:
Responsible for setting up daily staffing plans and for achieving all safety, operational and productivity goals while improving Management and Team Member engagement throughout the Distribution Center. Also responsible for monitoring and keeping all work flows within operational parameters. Accountable to develop members of my Management Team to aid them in their development and growth. Responsible for partnering with low performing team members to help them be successful
